Creating presentations and slide shows with related documents

With SWP, SW, and SNB, you can create smooth presentations and slide shows that contain live mathematics. Instead of creating a single large document, develop your presentation as a series of short related documents, each one a "page" or "slide" in the presentation.

Then, use the Links tab sheet in the Document Info dialog box to organize the documents in the correct sequence.

When you give your presentation, maximize the document window and display only the Standard and Link toolbars.

To move easily through your the presentation, open the first document in the series and then press the Next button on the Links toolbar to scroll easily through the entire sequence or the corresponding command on the Go/Links menu.

Tip Move the Link toolbar to the bottom of the window so you don't move the mouse over the content as you move from slide to slide.
