Problem

Attempting to run the program results in an error that begins

License verification error

Unknown license system error

Major error: -103

Explanation

FLEXlm, our licensing software, reports this error. It usually occurs on a Windows XP system running multiple user profiles when the system tries to run the program under a Terminal Service.

Solution

Log off and restart the computer, then restart the program. If you're using Windows XP, have only one active user profile when the program is in use.
